This was a fun project for me. This invite was a Daylight Savings party, so using the night owl theme worked perfectly - especially since owls are so popular right now. I designed this in Illustrator after an hour or so researching owls. I then placed the owl vector into InDesign to create a greeting card layout using master pages and also to work with the type. I found a great font on dafont.com and started working to put it all together. This was the first project where I actually created the illustration instead of getting it from a free vector website. It since has been used and sold several times for different projects.
